Project Overview
Lopez Contracting was engaged to complete structural flooring and stair construction work for a commercial facility operated by BlueBird Self Storage in Victoria, BC. The scope required rapid mobilization and precise structural carpentry to prepare the facility for operational use within a tight construction timeline.
Scope of Work
- Installation of structural sleepers and blocking
- Floor leveling and structural joist corrections
